Kevin Durant to star in Warner Bros. film with a basketball plot

As far as I know, it's not Space Jam: The Sequel, but KD will be starring in a basketball-themed Warner Bros. project. 

According to newsok.com:

The Oklahoma City Thunder star is on the verge of finalizing a deal to star in a major Warner Bros. film, The Oklahoman has learned.
 
The film, which has a basketball subplot, has not yet been named, but it's scheduled to go into production in mid-September, according to sources.
