Gym owned by Michael Jordan, Tim Grover and Michael Finley owes over $12M, likely headed into foreclosure


A well-respected training center operated by Tim Grover is in danger of going under. The Attack Athletics facility includes investments by Michael Jordan, Michael Finley and likely other anonymous NBA personalities. Grover is one of the most sought-after trainers in the league having worked with Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade and various other superstars in over two decades of work.
UPDATE: Michael Finley responded to this article on twitter, denying the allegations.

Grover's company, Attack Properties LLC, is in receivership and owes more than $12.2 million to creditors. Among those with substantial skin in the game is Jordan, who stands to lose $1.5 million as an unsecured creditor. .... In January, the court entered a judgment for $10.2 million in favor of the bank, and set a foreclosure sale for April 13. Grover's company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy that day, forestalling the sale with minutes to spare, according to court filings.
